Summit (pop. ~22,000) Located in Union County, Summit is an affluent suburb of New York City with two NJ Transit train lines converging on it. It has a vibrant downtown with many restaurants and upscale shopping. The Watchung Reservation is to its south. It has a weekly farmers market that runs year-round.
